Definition: The Yixite Single Screw Pump, also recognized as a helical rotor pump or mono pump, is a marvel in the realm of rotary positive-displacement pumps. This engineering masterpiece effortlessly transports liquids by ingeniously utilizing the volumetric transformation between the screw and the bushing within both the suction and discharge chambers, ensuring smooth and efficient fluid movement.
Composition: The pump's core is composed of a bushing (stator) featuring a sophisticated double-helix cavity, perfectly meshing with a single-helix screw. This seamless interaction creates a harmony of movement within the stator cavity, driving performance to new heights.

Working Principle

The screw is designed with a single-start thread, its cross-section forming a precise circle with a radius R. The center of this cross-section is strategically placed on the helix, deviating from the screw's axis by a calculated eccentricity e. This unique design results in a spiral structure that elegantly rotates around the axis while moving axially, creating a dynamic flow of liquid.
The bushing's inner surface boasts a double-thread design. Its cross-section is an elongated circle, featuring semicircles with radius R at both ends and a central straight-line segment measuring 4e. This ingenious design facilitates seamless fluid transfer.
Upon installation of the screw within the bushing, closed chambers are formed between the screw surface and the inner-thread surface of the bushing. Each cross-section divides into two crescent-shaped working chambers. As the screw rotates, the first working chamber's volume near the suction chamber expands, creating negative pressure. This draws liquid into the chamber. Continued rotation maximizes chamber volume, closing it off and axially pushing the liquid toward the discharge chamber. The upper and lower chambers alternately manage suction and discharge, ensuring a continuous axial flow from suction to discharge chamber.

The extracted gas is conveniently discharged directly from the pump body without environmental pressure, simplifying gas solvent recovery.
Cleaning is effortless. If contaminants enter the pump chamber, simply open the suction and exhaust ports. Start the pump and introduce water or cleaning agents via the suction port for a thorough cleaning without disassembly.
