Definition: The Wenzhou Yixite Single Screw Pump, a marvel of engineering, is also known as a helical rotor pump or mono pump. It stands proudly in the rotary positive-displacement pump category, designed to masterfully transport liquids. This is achieved by the artful volumetric change between the screw and the bushing, within the intricately crafted suction and discharge chambers.
Composition: At the heart of the pump's genius are its main working components, which include a bushing (stator) with an elegant double-helix cavity. This collaborates seamlessly with a single-helix screw, engaging perfectly with the stator cavity to deliver unparalleled performance.

Working Principle

The screw, featuring a single-start thread, is a testament to precision engineering. Each cross-section reveals a perfect circle with a radius R, with its center strategically located on the helix. It artfully deviates from the axis of the screw by an eccentricity e, forming a mesmerizing spiral as it rotates around the axis and moves axially.
The bushing's inner surface, adorned with a sophisticated double-thread, is an oblong circle on any cross-section. It boasts semicircles of radius R at both ends, complemented by a straight-line segment of length 4e in the middle, creating a synergy of form and function.
When the screw is gracefully installed in the bushing, closed chambers emerge between the screw's surface and the bushing's inner-thread surface. Each cross-section is beautifully divided into two crescent-shaped working chambers. As the screw rotates, the first working chamber near the suction chamber expands, crafting a negative pressure that draws the liquid in. The screw's continued rotation maximizes the working chamber's volume, closing it off and pushing the liquid axially towards the discharge chamber. Meanwhile, the upper and lower working chambers alternately engage in suction and discharge, ensuring a continuous axial flow of liquid from the suction to the discharge chamber.

The pump's chamber, along with the screw rotor and overcurrent components, can be coated with nickel phosphorus or infiltrated with Hastelloy alloy. This empowers the pump to handle corrosive media, making it impeccably suited for chemical and pharmaceutical applications such as distillation, drying, and degassing.
Extracted gas is effortlessly discharged from the pump body without environmental pressure, simplifying gas solvent recovery.
The pump's design ensures ease of cleaning. Should dirt invade the pump chamber, simply open the suction and exhaust ports, start the pump, and introduce water or cleaning agent through the suction port, achieving a thorough clean without disassembly.
