This rapid rotation generates a robust shear force, which effectively crushes and emulsifies products, ensuring a seamless mix before they are efficiently discharged from the bottom of the emulsifier pump.

The High Shear Dispersing Emulsifier is designed to effectively, rapidly, and uniformly disperse one phase into another, typically where these phases are mutually soluble. Utilizing the swift rotation of the rotor, it generates a powerful force through high tangential speed and mechanical effects. Within the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, materials are subjected to intense mechanical and liquid shearing, centrifugal forces, and various pressures. This results in the immediate and fine dispersion and emulsification of soluble solids, liquids, and gases, yielding products of stable high quality with optimal production procedures and suitable additives.
