The High Shear Dispersing Emulsifier is engineered to effectively, swiftly, and uniformly disperse one phase into another continuous phase, typically those that are miscible. The rotor's rapid revolution generates a formidable force through its high tangent speed and mechanical effects at high frequencies. Consequently, materials within the narrow gap between the stator and rotor experience intense mechanical and liquid shearing forces, centrifugal action, pressure, liquid friction, collision, tearing, and hydraulic impact. Soluble solids, liquids, and gases are thus instantaneously and uniformly dispersed and emulsified, resulting in finely crafted products. Enhanced production processes and suitable additives ensure the creation of stable, high-quality final products.
