Product Introduction

1. The pump boasts the ability to handle viscosities up to an impressive 1 million cp, including mediums with solid particles. Perfect for mediums prone to foaming, this pump ensures the medium retains its original quality without undergoing any physical or chemical alterations.

2. Constructed from 304/316 stainless steel, the pump body is precision-machined using CNC technology. Featuring an external rotation, static ring mechanical seal, it is washable, wear-resistant, and leak-proof. The sealing ring is crafted from food-grade silicone, enhancing reliability.

3. This pump is a masterpiece of CNC precision machining, showcasing a unique design where the rotor and pump cavity maintain precise gaps between components, ensuring complementary contact and minimal wear. Low noise, superb reliability, and an extended service life define this product. Operating temperature: -50 °C to 250 °C. Material: 304/316 Stainless Steel. Seal type: Mechanical and Packing Seal.

Rotor Working Principle

Lobe rotor pumps utilize synchronized counter-rotating rotors to create suction (vacuum) at the inlet, effectively drawing in the conveyed material. The rotors divide the chamber into multiple small spaces, operating sequentially. At position 1, the inlet is filled with media. Moving to position 2, chamber 2 encloses part of the media, carrying it to position 3, while chamber 1 encloses another portion. At position 5, the media is seamlessly transported to the outlet.
