It masterfully transports liquids by harnessing the volumetric dynamics between the screw and the bushing within its expertly crafted suction and discharge chambers.
Composition: At its core, this technological wonder features primary components like a bushing (stator) with a unique double-helix cavity and a single-helix screw that seamlessly integrates with the stator cavity, ensuring precision and reliability.

Working Principle

The screw, with its singular start thread, presents a circular cross-section of radius R. The center dances along the helix, deviating from the screw's axis by an eccentricity e, creating an elegant spiral path as it rotates and moves axially.
The bushing's inner surface boasts a double-thread design. Its cross-section forms a unique oblong circle, with semicircles at each end and a central straight segment, ingeniously crafted for optimal flow.
When the screw is nestled inside the bushing, it crafts closed chambers between the screw's surface and the bushing's inner-thread, with each cross-section forming two crescent-shaped working chambers. As the screw whirls, the first working chamber's volume near the suction chamber expands, generating a negative pressure that draws in liquid. The screw's continuous motion closes the chamber at its peak capacity, propelling the liquid axially towards the discharge chamber. This dynamic dance of alternating chambers ensures a steady flow of liquid from suction to discharge.
