Definition: The Wenzhou Yixite 280-1290kg Single Screw Pump, also known as a helical rotor pump or mono pump, is a marvel of engineering within the rotary positive-displacement pump category. It masterfully transports liquids by utilizing the volumetric changes between the screw and the bushing, seamlessly operating within both the suction and discharge chambers.
Composition: This innovative pump's core working components consist of a bushing (stator) with an intricately designed double-helix cavity, coupled with a single-helix screw that meshes perfectly with the stator cavity, ensuring optimal performance.

Working Principle

The screw is designed with a single-start thread, where each cross-section is a perfect circle with radius R. The center of this circle is cleverly positioned on the helix, deviating from the screw's axis by an eccentricity e, creating a sophisticated spiral shape that rotates around the axis and moves axially.
The bushing's inner surface boasts a double-thread, with each cross-section forming an elegant oblong circle. It features semicircles of radius R at both ends and a precise straight-line segment of length 4e in the middle, ensuring a harmonious interaction with the screw.
As the screw is securely installed in the bushing, closed chambers are formed between the surfaces, creating two crescent-shaped working chambers at any cross-section. Upon rotation, the first working chamber's volume increases near the suction chamber, inducing a negative pressure. This pressure difference allows the liquid to be smoothly sucked into the chamber. As the screw continues its rotation, the chamber reaches its maximum volume, closes, and propels the liquid axially towards the discharge chamber. The upper and lower working chambers alternately engage in suction and discharge, enabling a continuous and efficient transfer of liquid along the axial direction from the suction to the discharge chamber.

Cleaning is a breeze! When dirt enters the pump chamber, simply open the pump's suction and exhaust ports. Start the pump and introduce water or a cleaning agent through the suction port to clean the pump thoroughly without disassembly.
