The High Shear Dispersing Emulsifier is a versatile solution designed to overcome spatial limitations in achieving optimal high shear emulsification. Our High Shearing-Rate Dispersing and Emulsifying Machine is meticulously crafted with multiple rotor and stator groups, each operating at phenomenal speeds to maximize efficiency and performance.

As the rotor spins rapidly, it swiftly draws material into its cavity, subjecting it to intense shearing and dispersing effects. The material is compelled to navigate the minuscule gap between the stator and rotor, ultimately being ejected through the stator's precisely engineered holes or slots.

The formidable shearing force generated by the speed gradient within the gap of the static stator and high-speed rotor significantly enhances mass transfer intensity. This improves dissolution capabilities of single and macro-molecule materials, propelling the media into a turbulent state and optimizing the distribution of both solid and liquid particles. The intricate three-dimensional local speed fluctuations induce high-frequency pressure variations, collaborating with multiple smashing mechanisms to achieve ultra-fine media dispersion.

As new material enters the rotor cavity, some of the ejected material deflects off the container walls, re-entering the rotor cavity to experience further shearing effects.

Function Principle

The High Shear Dispersing Emulsifier expertly and swiftly disperses
one phase or multiple phases into another continuous phase. Typically,
these phases are soluble within each other. The rotor's rapid rotation
produces formidable forces via high tangent speed and high-frequency mechanical effects, ensuring materials in the narrow stator-rotor gap are subjected
to intense mechanical and liquid shearing, centrifugal force,
compression, liquid fractionation, clashing, tearing, and hydraulic forces. Soluble solids, liquids, and gases are uniformly and finely dispersed and emulsified, achieving superior production standards with appropriate additives, resulting in consistently high-quality products.
