Function Principle
Behind every exquisite or well-functioning product lies a simple configuration, composed of few essential components.... Our sine pump is no exception to this principle.
The impeller's sine wave shape forms a cavity with each rotation, enabling 'push' or 'release' of flowing products. The pump cavity, divided into a suction and extraction chamber by a control panel, maintains precise pressure tolerances. The control panel also compulsorily lubricates the pump bearing with the product.
Our sine pump features two special sine-curve vanes, replacing traditional rotors, gears, or pistons. It operates with a movable panel against a fixed line, creating a unique volume pump for super low shear liquid transfer, and pulse-free feeding. Even under 10bar back pressure (water feed), the pressure gauge remains stable.
