Composition: At the heart of this marvel are its primary components: a meticulously crafted bushing (stator) featuring a double-helix cavity, and a precisely engineered single-helix screw that seamlessly meshes with the stator cavity. Together, they ensure unparalleled fluid movement.

Working Principle

The screw of this extraordinary pump is designed with a single-start thread. Its cross-section forms a perfect circle with radius R. The center, residing on the helix, deviates slightly by an eccentricity e from the screw's axis, weaving a spiral path through its rotation and axial movement.
The bushing's inner surface is adorned with a double-thread design. Its cross-section is an elegant oblong circle, characterized by semicircles of radius R at both ends, linked by a straight segment of length 4e, ensuring a flawless fit with the screw.
When the screw finds its place within the bushing, a series of closed chambers emerge between the screw's surface and the bushing's inner-thread surface. Each cross-section is divided into two crescent-shaped working chambers. As the screw rotates, the volume of the initial chamber swells, creating a negative pressure that draws liquid in. Progressively, the chamber closes, pushing the liquid axially to the discharge chamber. Throughout this process, the upper and lower chambers alternate between suction and discharge, ensuring a continuous, smooth flow of liquid from suction to discharge chamber.
