Our high shear dispersing emulsifier is engineered to rapidly and uniformly integrate one or more phases into another, even when these phases typically do not dissolve in each other. The rotor spins at remarkable speeds, creating intense forces through high tangent velocity and mechanical action. In the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, materials experience mechanical and liquid shearing, centrifugal force, compression, fluid friction, impact, tearing, and turbulent flow.
