Working Principle

1. Water Extraction: Begin by combining water and traditional Chinese medicine in the tank at a precise technological ratio. Engage the heat source for the interlayer (with jacket) and allow the mixture to reach a gentle boil. Once boiling is achieved, reduce the heat to maintain a subtle boil, ensuring a perfect extraction.

2. Alcohol Extraction: Combine the medicinal ingredients and alcohol in the tank according to a meticulously defined craft ratio. With the system sealed, apply jacket heating to achieve the desired temperature, then moderate the heat to sustain the optimal temperature for optimal extraction. The rising alcohol vapor undergoes condensation via our high-efficiency condenser, returning as liquid for later use. To boost extraction efficiency, employ the pump for vigorous circulation, facilitating thorough ingredient dissolution.

3. Oil Extraction: Commence by placing traditional Chinese medicines rich with volatile oils into the extraction tank, combining with water following a precise process ratio. Introduce steam heat to the interlayer (jacket) and adjust to reach the evaporation threshold. Maintain a consistent temperature as per technological specifications to ensure the volatile aromatic oils are expertly cooled and separated using our sophisticated cooling system and oil/water separator.
