Product Description

Lithium Salt Barrel Tank 

This stainless steel tank produced by Yixite  is used to package and transport lithium hexafluorophosphate and methyl ethyl carbonate, according to the properties of lithium salts This kind of packaging tank produced by the People's livelihood has high strength and corrosion resistance, so S31603 stainless steel is selected as the tank material, and S30408 stainless steel square is used as the frame to further enhance the resistance of the product when it is impacted, and ensure the safety and security of the product during transportation and storage. Minsheng has obtained a type approval certificate from China Classification Society for export.

Specification

1. Loading Tighten the screws on the packaging tank, install the valve, sealing ring, blind plate and pressure gauge, close the lower part, open the blind plate and valve on the upper part of the container, and then load the materials into the tank through the quick connector. After filling, inject nitrogen into the tank for nitrogen sealing, close the valve, and tighten the blind plate.

 2. Transportation During transportation, the materials in the tank are not full, only 1510KG or less materials are loaded, and the nitrogen sealing pressure is 0.03MPa-0.06MPa.

 3. Add ingredients Connect the clamp under the ton tank to the feed guide pipe on the reactor, then open the rest of the DN80 valve under the reactor and press the material into the reactor by gravity.

4. Hoisting It is necessary to lift three lifting lugs to ensure the smooth lifting of the ton tank. It is not allowed to lift, diagonal lifting, and it is forbidden to lift the tank full of materials. Tons filled with materials are lifted from the forklift trough by forklift truck.

5. Stacking Stacking is prohibited.
