Crafted from 304/316 stainless steel via precision CNC machining, our pump body boasts a state-of-the-art external rotation, static ring mechanical seal that is washable, wear-resistant, and non-leakage. The sealing rings are crafted from food-grade silica gel, ensuring top-tier safety and performance.

3. Our pump's precision CNC machining guarantees a unique design, maintaining a precise gap between rotor and pump cavity components. Complementary contact minimizes wear and tear, while low noise and excellent reliability ensure a long service life. Suitable for temperatures from -50 °C to 250 °C, it is constructed from 304/316 stainless steel with mechanical and packing seal types.

Rotor Working Principle

Lobe rotor pumps utilize synchronized counter-rotors to create suction (vacuum) at the inlet, drawing in the material for conveyance. The rotors separate the chamber into multiple small spaces for sequential operation. When reaching position 1, the inlet fills with media; position 2 encloses part of the media, moving it to position 3; position 1 encloses media again. Finally, at position 5, media links to the outlet for transport!
