The high shear dispersing and emulsifying machine features one or multiple sets of rotors and stators, engineered to rotate at extremely high speeds during operation.

The rapidly spinning rotor swiftly draws materials into its cavity, where they are subjected to the intense shearing and dispersing effects. Materials are then compelled to flow through the minute gap between the stator and rotor, being expelled through the stator's holes or slots.

The colossal shearing force generated by the speed gradient in the gap between the static stator and the high-speed rotor enhances mass transfer intensity, elevating the dissolving capacity of both singular and macro-molecule materials. This creates a turbulent flow, optimizing the distribution of solid and liquid particles. With three-dimensional local speed fluctuations and high-frequency pressure variations, multiple crushing mechanisms collaborate to disperse media into extremely fine granularity.

As new materials enter the rotor cavity, a portion of the expelled material will rebound off the container walls, re-entering the rotor cavity to undergo further shearing effects, ensuring comprehensive processing.

Function Principle

The high shear dispersing emulsifier swiftly, effectively, and uniformly disperses
one phase into another continuous phase. Typically, these phases
are soluble with one another. The rotor rotates rapidly, and immense force
is generated through high tangential speed and high-frequency mechanical effects, subjecting materials in the narrow slot between the stator and rotor to
significant mechanical and liquid shearing forces, centrifugal force,
compression, liquid fractionation, collision, tearing, and water turbulence. This process instantly disperses and emulsifies soluble solids, liquids, and gases evenly and finely.
