The high shearing-rate dispersing and emulsifying machine is ingeniously constructed with one or more sets of rotors and stators, which operate at remarkably high speeds to ensure optimal performance.

The high-speed rotor swiftly draws materials into its cavity, subjecting them to potent shearing and dispersing effects. This process forces the material to navigate the minuscule gap between the stator and rotor, subsequently projecting it through the slots or apertures of the stator.

A massive shearing force is generated due to the speed gradient within the gap between the static stator and the high-speed rotating rotor, significantly enhancing mass transfer intensity. This force amplifies the solubility of single and macro-molecule materials, inducing a turbulent flow in the media that effectively promotes the distribution of solid and liquid particles. The three-dimensional local speed fluctuation, which varies with time phases, causes high-frequency pressure fluctuations. The high shear dispersing emulsifier is engineered to efficiently, swiftly, and uniformly disperse
one phase or multiple phases into another continuous phase. Typically, these phases

through high tangent speeds and high-frequency mechanical effects. Consequently, the material in the narrow slot between the stator and rotor is subjected to
intense mechanical and liquid shearing, centrifugal force,
compression, liquid fractionation, collision, tearing, and hydraulic impact. The soluble solid, liquid, and gas materials are instantly dispersed and emulsified into an even and fine consistency, facilitated by superior production processes and optimal additives to yield products of stable, high quality.
