Our mixer ingeniously merges the suction prowess of a high-performance "vacuum pump" with the exceptional wetting and shearing capabilities of a high-speed emulsifier. This combination is housed within a sleek, user-friendly package that prioritizes ergonomic design for your ease of use.
The system efficiently draws powder into the hopper, whether from bags or directly conveyed from a source via a bag dump or bulk delivery system, streamlining your workflow with precision.
Bid farewell to powder bridging or rat holing, as our system's suction pump generates a constant vacuum within the flow stream, ensuring uninterrupted processing.
Upon entering the pump, the powder undergoes instantaneous fluidization, transforming into a slurry that is rapidly propelled through our state-of-the-art inline emulsifier.
