This state-of-the-art device masterfully transports liquids by utilizing the dynamic volumetric changes between the screw and the bushing within its ingenious suction and discharge chambers.
Composition: The pump's core components are expertly designed, consisting of a bushing (stator) featuring a double-helix cavity, seamlessly paired with a single-helix screw that meshes perfectly within the stator cavity.

Working Principle

The screw is designed with a single-start thread, where any cross-section is a perfect circle with a radius of R. Its center resides on the helix and is eccentrically offset from the screw's axis by an eccentricity e, forming a graceful spiral through axial rotation.
The bushing's inner surface features an exquisite double-thread design. Any cross-section reveals an elongated circle, combining semicircles of radius R (matching the screw's cross-section radius) on each end, linked by a straight segment of length 4e.
When the screw is installed within the bushing, it ingeniously creates closed chambers between the screw and the bushing's inner-thread surface, dividing any cross-section into two crescent-shaped working chambers. As the screw rotates, the first working chamber's volume near the suction chamber expands, inducing a negative pressure that draws liquid in. This volume reaches its peak, the chamber closes, and liquid is expertly propelled axially towards the discharge chamber. Meanwhile, the upper and lower working chambers alternately intake and expel liquids, ensuring a seamless, continuous flow from the suction to the discharge chamber along the axis.
