Designed to elegantly transport liquids, it capitalizes on the dynamic volumetric shifts between the intricately engineered screw and the bushing within both the suction and discharge chambers.
Composition: At its core, this marvel comprises key working components - a stator (bushing) with an ingeniously crafted double-helix cavity, and a single-helix screw that meshes perfectly with the stator cavity, ensuring impeccable fluid motion.

Working Principle

Witness the innovation of a screw with a single-start thread, where each cross-section forms a perfect circle with a radius R. This circle's center is poised on the helix, deviating with an eccentricity e from the screw's axis, creating a mesmerizing spiral as it rotates and moves axially.
The bushing's inner surface boasts a double-thread design. Its cross-section is an elegantly elongated circle, featuring semicircles of radius R (matching the screw's radius) at each end, with a 4e straight-line segment interconnecting them.
Upon installing the screw into the bushing, it crafts enclosed chambers between the screw and the bushing's inner-thread surface. These cross-sections divide into two crescent-shaped working chambers. As the screw rotates, the first chamber near the suction expands, generating negative pressure, seamlessly drawing liquid in. Once the chamber reaches its maximum volume, it seals off, pushing the liquid axially to the discharge chamber. Meanwhile, upper and lower chambers alternate in suction and discharge, ensuring a continuous, smooth flow of liquid from suction to discharge chamber.
