Definition: The Yixite Single Screw Pump, revered as a helical rotor pump or mono pump, stands as a sophisticated member of the rotary positive-displacement pump family. This pump excels in fluid transportation by ingeniously leveraging the volumetric alterations between the screw and bushing within its suction and discharge chambers.
Composition: At the heart of this pump's ingenious design lies its main working components: a bushing (stator) crafted with a double-helix cavity, harmoniously interlocking with a single-helix screw that seamlessly meshes within the stator cavity to perform its fluid-moving magic.

Working Principle

With a single-start thread, the screw showcases a circular cross-section with a radius R. Ingeniously, its center resides on the helix, deviating from the screw's axis by an eccentricity e, forming a captivating spiral as it rotates and moves axially.
The bushing's inner surface boasts a double-thread design, with each cross-section resembling an oblong circle. At each end, semicircles of radius R mirror the screw's cross-section radius, while a 4e length straight-line segment completes its unique form.
Upon installation within the bushing, the screw forms closed chambers alongside the inner-thread surface, dividing each cross-section into two crescent-shaped working chambers. As the screw rotates, the first chamber's volume increases near the suction chamber, creating negative pressure and drawing liquid into action. As rotation continues, the working chamber reaches its maximum volume, sealing the liquid within and propelling it axially towards the discharge chamber. In tandem, the upper and lower working chambers alternatively engage in suction and discharge, ensuring a continual axial push of liquid from the suction to the discharge chamber.
