Harnessing the power of high-speed rotation, the rotor rapidly draws materials into its cavity, subjecting them to intense shearing and dispersing effects. This process forces materials through the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, ejecting them through the stator's holes or slots.

The immense shearing force generated by the speed gradient within the gap between the static stator and the high-speed rotor enhances mass transfer intensity. This process elevates the dissolving capacities of single and macro-molecule materials, driving the media into a turbulent state and optimizing the distribution of both solid and liquid particles.
