Definition: The Yixite Single Screw Pump, often referred to as a helical rotor pump or mono pump, is an exceptional member of the rotary positive-displacement pump family. It skillfully transports liquids by harnessing the masterful interplay of volumetric changes between the screw and the bushing within the suction and discharge chambers.
Composition: At its core, this pump features pivotal working components, including a bushing (stator) with a double-helix cavity and a single-helix screw that seamlessly meshes with the stator cavity, ensuring optimal performance.

Working Principle

The screw boasts a single-start thread, with each cross-section forming a perfect circle of radius R. Positioned along the helix, its center slightly deviates from the screw's axis by an eccentricity 'e', creating a captivating spiral as it rotates around the axis and moves axially.
The bushing's interior showcases a double-thread design. Each cross-section reveals an elegant oblong circle, adorned with semicircles of radius R at both ends and a linear segment of length 4e in the middle, all harmonizing with the screw's cross-section.
Once the screw is set within the bushing, it forms closed chambers between its surface and the bushing's internal thread surface. Each cross-section divides into two crescent-shaped working chambers. As the screw rotates, the first working chamber's volume near the suction chamber expands, generating negative pressure, drawing liquid into the chamber. With continued rotation, the chamber reaches its maximum volume, then closes, propelling the liquid axially towards the discharge chamber. Simultaneously, the alternating upper and lower working chambers ensure a seamless flow of liquid from the suction chamber to the discharge chamber.
