Operation Principle

Feeding Stage

The journey begins as the material—be it liquid, semi-liquid, or slurry—is meticulously fed into the grinding chamber. This is achieved via a hopper or a pipeline, ensuring a controlled and consistent flow throughout the process.
Rotor-Stator Interaction

Our high-speed rotor, rotating at an impressive 3,000 to 10,000 RPM, works in harmony with a stationary stator. Together, they create a precisely adjustable gap, typically ranging from 0.01 to 5 mm, for optimum processing.
As the material navigates through this expertly engineered gap, it is met with intense hydraulic shear, turbulence, and impact forces, effectively reducing particles to a micron-level fineness, ranging from 2 to 50 microns.
Shearing Mechanism

Primary shear: This is initiated by the velocity differential between the rotor and stator surfaces, setting the stage for effective processing.
Secondary shear: As the material is compelled through the micro-gap, this stage further diminishes particle size, ensuring thorough refinement.
Tertiary effects: The centrifugal force generated throws particles outward, facilitating their recirculation for comprehensive, multi-pass processing.

Emulsification & Homogenization
