Operating at impressive speeds of up to 4000 RPM, it surpasses ordinary motor gear pumps, and its synchronized movement ensures no contact with rubber stator structures, eliminating wear and negating the need for frequent rotor spindle replacements. Its dynamic rotation surface sealing structure fosters a stable vacuum environment within the pump cavity, effectively replacing self-priming pumps for CIP cleaning and liquid return, and maintaining normal operation even amidst gas presence without causing water hammer effects.
