Working Principle

The screw of this pump is crafted with a single-start thread, presenting a cross-section that forms a perfect circle with a radius R. Ingeniously designed, the center of this cross-section is positioned on the helix, deviating from the screw's axis by a calculated eccentricity e. This creates an elegant spiral, rotating around the axis while progressing axially.
The bushing's inner surface features a sophisticated double-thread design. Its cross-section is an oblong circle, seamlessly blending semicircles with the screw's radius R at each end and a straight-line segment of length 4e in the middle, exemplifying precision engineering.
