The high shear dispersing emulsifier addresses space constraints by offering a versatile solution that integrates seamlessly with in-tank blenders. This synergy enhances the dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization of materials within the tank. Designed for application with both low and high viscosity fluids, this emulsifier is ideal for industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, paints, chemicals, electronics, and petroleum chemicals, delivering superior mixing results across diverse applications.

The high shear dispersing and emulsifying machine features one or more rotor-stator groups that rotate at exceptional speeds during operation, ensuring optimal performance.

During operation, the high-speed rotor rapidly draws material into its cavity, where it is subjected to intense shearing and dispersing forces. This action forces the material through the narrow stator-rotor gap and ejects it through the stator's holes or slots, enhancing the mixing process.

The extreme shearing force generated by the speed differential in the rotor-stator gap significantly enhances mass transfer, improving the solubility of individual and macro-molecule materials. This process induces a turbulent flow in the media, promoting the even distribution of both solid and liquid particles. Additionally, the three-dimensional local speed fluctuations and high-frequency pressure variations collaborate to finely disperse the media, achieving exceptional granularity.

As new material enters the rotor cavity, some of the ejected material rebounds off the container walls and re-enters the cavity, undergoing additional shearing to further refine its consistency.

This continuous process ensures the material is comprehensively refined, homogenized, and dispersed, achieving the pinnacle of shearing efficiency.

Function Principle

The high shear dispersing emulsifier swiftly and uniformly blends
one or more phases into another continuous phase, typically these phases
are mutually dissolvable. The rotor's rapid motion generates substantial force
through high tangential speeds and frequent mechanical impacts, causing materials in the narrow slot between the stator and rotor to experience
intense mechanical and hydrodynamic shearing, centrifugal forces,
compression, liquid fractionation, collision, tearing, and fluid rushing. This enables the instant, uniform, and fine dispersion and emulsification of soluble solid, liquid, and gas materials, resulting in superior production processes and the creation of high-quality, stable products.
