Our High Shear Dispersing Emulsifier is the ultimate solution to overcoming spatial constraints that hinder optimal high shear emulsification. The High Shearing-Rate Dispersing and Emulsifying Machine is engineered with multiple rotor-stator groups, which operate at exceptionally high speeds to achieve outstanding results.

When operational, the high-speed rotor rapidly draws material into its cavity, subjecting it to the powerful shearing and dispersing effects. The material is propelled through the minute gap between stator and rotor, then expelled through the stator's holes or slots.

The formidable shearing force generated by the speed gradient between the stationary stator and the high-speed rotor significantly enhances mass transfer efficiency, boosts the solubility of individual and macromolecular materials, and induces turbulent flow. This process promotes optimal distribution of both solid and liquid particles. The dynamic three-dimensional local speed fluctuations create high-frequency pressure changes, working synergistically to disperse the medium to exceptionally fine granularity.

As new material enters the rotor cavity, some of the expelled material rebounds off the container walls, re-entering the rotor cavity for additional shearing, ensuring thorough refinement.

Function Principle

The High Shear Dispersing Emulsifier efficiently and uniformly disperses
one or multiple phases into another continuous phase. Typically, these phases
are soluble with each other. The rotor's rapid rotation generates a substantial
force through high tangent speed and high-frequency mechanical effects. Consequently, the material within the narrow slot between stator and rotor experiences
intense forces, including mechanical and liquid shearing, centrifugal force,
compression, fluid fractionation, clashing, tearing, and hydraulic impact. The solubilized solid, liquid, and gas materials are instantaneously and finely dispersed and emulsified, resulting in superior production processes. With the right additives, the final products boast stable, high-quality standards.
