The high shearing-rate dispersing and emulsifying machine comprises one or multiple sets of rotors and stators, which operate at exceedingly high speeds to perform their tasks with unmatched precision.

As the rotor spins at high speed, it rapidly draws materials into the rotor cavity, subjecting them to shearing and dispersing forces. The materials navigate the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, exiting through the stator's holes or slots.

The immense shearing force generated by the speed gradient between the static stator and the rapidly rotating rotor significantly enhances mass transfer intensity. This improves the dissolution capability of both single and macro-molecule materials, inducing a turbulent flow of the media and promoting optimal distribution of solid and liquid particles. The precise three-dimensional local speed fluctuations create high-frequency pressure variations, while multiple smashing mechanisms collaborate to achieve ultra-fine granularity.

As new materials enter the rotor cavity, some ejected materials reverse direction upon contact with the container walls, re-entering the rotor cavity to undergo further shearing effects.

Function Principle

The high shear dispersing emulsifier excels in rapidly and evenly dispersing
one phase or multiple phases into another continuous phase. Typically, these phases
are mutually dissolvable. The rotor's rapid rotation generates strong forces
through high tangent speeds and high-frequency mechanical effects, resulting in materials within the narrow slot
between stator and rotor experiencing substantial mechanical and liquid shearing forces,
along with centrifugal pressure, clashing, tearing, and water rush. The dissolvable solid, liquid, and gas materials are subsequently dispersed and emulsified with precision, supported by superior production procedures and suitable additives, culminating in products of stable, high-quality.
