The mixer features a rotor (rotating element) and a stator (stationary element) positioned in close proximity. As the rotor spins at accelerated speeds, it produces a formidable mechanical shear force by traversing the narrow gap between the rotor and stator. This powerful shear force induces intense turbulence and localized high velocity, ensuring thorough mixing and significant particle size reduction.

The high shear dispersing emulsifier provides a transformative solution for space-constrained environments, delivering the optimal performance of high shear emulsifier equipment. The high shearing-rate dispersing and emulsifying machine is ingeniously engineered with one or multiple sets of rotors and stators, rotating at exceptionally high speeds during operation.

The high-speed rotor swiftly draws materials into the rotor cavity, subjecting them to the powerful shearing and dispersing effects. The materials are compelled to pass through the minuscule gap between the stator and rotor, being ejected through the stator's holes or slots.

The immense shearing force generated by the speed gradient within the gap between the stationary stator and the high-speed rotor significantly enhances mass transfer intensity, boosts the dissolving capacity of both singular and macro-molecule materials, and propels the media into a turbulent state. This promotes an even distribution of solid and liquid particles, while the dynamic three-dimensional local speed fluctuation, varying with time phases, induces high-frequency pressure fluctuations. Multiple smashing mechanisms operate in unison to disperse the media into extremely fine granularity.

As new material enters the rotor cavity, some of the expelled material changes direction upon striking the container's wall, re-entering the rotor cavity to undergo further shearing effects.

Consequently, the material is exquisitely refined, homogenized, and dispersed, achieving the pinnacle of shearing effectiveness.

Function Principle

The high shear dispersing emulsifier proficiently, rapidly, and uniformly disperses
one phase or multiple phases into another continuous phase. Typically, these phases
are soluble with each other. The rotor swiftly revolves, generating a potent force
through high tangent speeds and high-frequency mechanical effects, thus the material inside the narrow gap between the stator and rotor is subjected to
robust forces stemming from mechanical and liquid shearing, centrifugal force,
pressure, liquid friction, clashing, tearing, and forceful water action. The soluble solid, liquid, and gas materials are instantly dispersed and emulsified, achieving an even and fine texture. This results in superior production processes with suitable additives, ultimately yielding products of consistently stable high quality.
