Powered by electric energy, the emulsifier pump transforms this energy to drive the rotor's high-speed rotation. This motion generates a robust shear force that thoroughly crushes and emulsifies the mixed products, efficiently discharging them from the pump's bottom.

The rotor's rapid spin creates intense forces through high tangent speeds and mechanical effects. This results in the material within the stator-rotor slot being subjected to powerful mechanical and liquid shear forces, centrifugal pressure, and more.
