Material: Available in T2 Copper/SUS304. Heating Method: Choose between steam or electrical heating elements. The top of the pot features a complete glass manway, inlet, safety valve, thermometer, pressure gauge, and liquid return back hole. With an agitator atop, this configuration adeptly distills any wash, including those with fruit pulp or grain mash, without the risk of burning. By continuously agitating the wash, distilleries can achieve a 20% reduction in heating requirements during distillation.
