Composition: The core components of the pump consist of a robust bushing (stator) featuring a double-helix cavity, seamlessly interlocking with a single-helix screw. This ingenious design allows the screw to mesh perfectly within the stator cavity, ensuring unparalleled performance and reliability.

Working Principle

The screw is engineered with a single-start thread, with each cross-section forming a perfect circle of radius R. The center of these sections is situated on the helix, offset from the screw's axis by an eccentricity e. By rotating around the axis and advancing axially, it creates a dynamic spiral shape that is instrumental in fluid movement.
The bushing's inner surface features a sophisticated double-thread design. Each cross-section appears as an elongated oval, with semicircles of radius R (matching the screw's cross-section radius) at both ends and a straight-line segment measuring 4e in the middle. This unique structure is pivotal for the pump's operational excellence.
When the screw is placed within the bushing, it forms enclosed chambers between its surface and the bushing's internal threads. Each cross-section is further divided into two crescent-shaped chambers. As the screw rotates, the chamber volume near the suction area expands, generating negative pressure that draws liquid into the chamber. The screw's continued rotation closes the chamber at its maximum volume, propelling the liquid axially toward the discharge chamber. Meanwhile, the upper and lower chambers alternately engage in suction and discharge, ensuring a continuous axial flow from the suction to the discharge chamber.
