The high shearing-rate dispersing and emulsifying machine is composed of multiple rotor-stator groups, which spin at extraordinary speeds during operation.

At the heart of its operation, the high-speed rotating rotor swiftly draws material into its cavity, subjecting it to intense shearing and dispersing forces. The material is compelled to traverse the tiny gap between the stator and rotor, being expelled through the stator's holes or slots.

The formidable shearing force engendered by the speed gradient between the static stator and the high-speed rotor intensifies mass transfer, enhancing the dissolving capabilities of both single and macro-molecule materials. The medium is propelled into a turbulent state, optimizing the distribution of solid and liquid particles. The three-dimensional local speed fluctuations, varying with time phases, induce high-frequency pressure variations. Multiple smashing mechanisms collaborate to disperse the medium to an exceptionally fine granularity.

As new material enters the rotor cavity, some expelled material redirects upon rebounding off the container walls, re-entering the rotor cavity for additional shearing.

This process ensures the material is meticulously refined, homogenized, and dispersed, achieving the pinnacle of shearing efficacy.

Function Principle

The high shear dispersing emulsifier is designed to efficiently, promptly, and uniformly
integrate a phase or multiple phases into another continuous phase. Generally, these phases
are mutually soluble. The rotor's rapid revolution generates a formidable force
through high tangential speed and high-frequency mechanical effects, subjecting materials within the narrow slot between the stator and rotor to
intense mechanical and liquid shear forces, centrifugal force,
compression, liquid fractionation, collision, tearing, and hydraulic rush. Soluble solid, liquid, and gas materials are instantly and finely dispersed and emulsified, leading to superior production processes with suitable additives, culminating in products of stable and high quality.
