In-line High Shear Mixer Series

Electric energy powers the emulsifier pump, transforming electricity into high-speed rotational power for the rotor. This high-speed rotation generates an intense shear force, effectively crushing and emulsifying the products for mixing, and seamlessly discharging them from the bottom of the emulsifier pump.

The high shear dispersing emulsifier delivers exceptional, rapid, and uniform dispersion of one phase within another continuous phase, even when these phases typically dissolve into each other. The rotor swiftly revolves, generating a powerful force through its high tangent speed and frequent mechanical effects. Consequently, materials in the narrow slot between the stator and rotor undergo intense mechanical and liquid shearing, centrifugal force, pressing, liquid fraction, clashing, tearing, and rush water. Soluble solids, liquids, and gases are instantly and evenly dispersed and emulsified with superior production processes and suitable additives, resulting in stable, high-quality products.
