Our high shear dispersing emulsifier is designed to effectively, swiftly, and uniformly disperse one phase or multiple phases into another continuous phase, even when these phases are not mutually dissolvable. Through the rapid revolution of the rotor, a powerful force is created by high tangent speed and high-frequency mechanical effects. Within the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, materials experience intense mechanical and liquid shearing, centrifugal force, pressing, liquid fraction, clashing, tearing, and rushing water. This ensures that dissolvable solids, liquids, and gases are instantly and evenly dispersed and emulsified to a fine degree.
