The high shear dispersing emulsifier is the ultimate solution for space-constrained scenarios where optimal emulsification is sought. Our high shearing-rate dispersing and emulsifying machine is comprised of one or more rotor-stator groups, which operate at exceptionally high speeds to ensure exceptional results.

The high-speed rotor efficiently draws materials into its cavity, subjecting them to intense shearing and dispersing effects. The materials are propelled through the minuscule gap between the stator and rotor, then expelled through precise openings in the stator.

The colossal shearing force, born from the speed gradient within the gap between the static stator and the high-velocity rotor, significantly enhances mass transfer intensity. It amplifies the dissolution capacity of both singular and macro-molecular materials, inducing a turbulent state for the media and promoting uniform distribution of solid and liquid particles. The three-dimensional local speed fluctuations, varying with time, cause high-frequency pressure changes. Multiple pulverizing mechanisms collaborate to achieve ultra-fine granularity dispersion.

As new material enters the rotor cavity, some expelled material alters its flow path upon rebounding off the container's wall, re-entering the rotor cavity for repeated shearing effects.

Consequently, the material undergoes comprehensive refinement, homogenization, and dispersion, achieving the pinnacle of shearing efficiency.

Function Principle

Our high shear dispersing emulsifier effortlessly, swiftly, and uniformly disperses
one phase or multiple phases into another continuous phase, typically when these phases
are mutually dissolvable. The rotor's rapid revolutions and the intense forces generated
through high tangential speed and mechanical frequency ensure that materials within the narrow stator-rotor slot experience
powerful mechanical and liquid shearing forces, centrifugal action,
compression, liquid fractionation, clashing, tearing, and forceful water rush. Dissolvable solids, liquids, and gases are instantly and uniformly dispersed and emulsified, facilitated by superior production procedures and suitable additives, culminating in high-quality, stable products.
