Composition: At the heart of this innovative pump lies its main working components: a bushing (stator) thoughtfully crafted with a double-helix cavity, and a single-helix screw that seamlessly meshes with the stator cavity. This intricate composition ensures optimal performance at every turn.

Working Principle

The screw features a single-start thread, a true testament to precision engineering. Each cross-section forms a perfect circle with a radius R. The center of this cross-section gracefully follows the helix, deviating elegantly from the screw's axis by an eccentricity e. It crafts a stunning spiral as it rotates around the axis, moving axially in a harmonious dance.
The bushing's inner surface boasts a double-thread design. Any cross-section reveals an oblong circle, complete with semicircles at each end, matching the screw's cross-section radius R, and a straight-line segment of length 4e in the middle, ensuring seamless interaction.
When the screw is nestled within the bushing, closed chambers emerge between the screw surface and the bushing's inner-thread surface. Each cross-section divides into two crescent-shaped working chambers. As the screw rotates, the first chamber's volume near the suction chamber grows, inducing a negative pressure. The pressure difference draws liquid into the chamber, and as the rotation continues, the chamber reaches its maximum volume, closes, and pushes the liquid axially towards the discharge chamber. Extracted gases are expelled directly from the pump body without environmental pressure, streamlining gas solvent recovery.
