This innovative pump excels at transporting liquids with precision by leveraging the volumetric transformation between the ingenious screw and bushing within the suction and discharge chambers, ensuring seamless fluid transfer.
Composition: At its core, this pump boasts key working components, including a bushing (stator) with a sophisticated double-helix cavity and a single-helix screw that perfectly meshes with the stator cavity, providing unmatched efficiency and performance.

Working Principle

The screw features a single-start thread, with any cross-section revealing a perfect circle of radius R. The center of this cross-section is strategically placed on the helix, deviating from the axis of the screw by an eccentricity e. This intricate design facilitates a spiral formation as it rotates around the axis and moves axially, offering unparalleled fluid movement.
The bushing's inner surface showcases a double-thread design. Any cross-section appears as an oblong circle, adorned with semicircles of radius R at both ends and a central straight-line segment of length 4e, mirroring the screw's cross-section radius, enabling seamless interaction between components.
Upon installation, the screw within the bushing creates closed chambers between the screw surface and the bushing's inner-thread surface. Each cross-section divides into two crescent-shaped working chambers. As the screw rotates, the first working chamber's volume near the suction chamber expands, inducing negative pressure. This pressure differential draws liquid into the chamber. As the screw continues its rotation, the working chamber's volume peaks, sealing the chamber and axially propelling the liquid towards the discharge chamber. Simultaneously, the upper and lower chambers alternate in suction and discharge, ensuring a continuous axial flow from suction to discharge chamber.
