Composition: At the heart of this ingenious device lie two principal components: a bushing (stator) engineered with a double-helix cavity, and a singular helix screw that seamlessly integrates with the stator cavity, creating a harmonious mechanical symphony.

Working Principle

The screw showcases a single-start thread, with its cross-section elegantly crafted as a circle with radius R. This geometric marvel finds its center on the helix, subtly diverging from the screw's axis by an eccentricity e, creating a mesmerizing spiral as it rotates and travels axially.
The bushing's inner surface, a masterpiece of design, features a double-thread. Each cross-section is an elongated circle, adorned with semicircles of radius R at the ends, and interlinked by a straight segment of length 4e, harmonizing perfectly with the screw's geometry.
Upon installation of the screw into the bushing, an intricate dance of closed chambers emerges between the screw surface and the bushing's inner-thread surface.
