Our high shearing-rate dispersing and emulsifying machine is ingeniously designed with multiple rotor and stator groups, rotating at exceptionally high speeds to deliver superior performance.

As the rotor spins rapidly, it efficiently draws materials into the rotor cavity, subjecting them to the powerful shearing and dispersing effects. These materials are then propelled through the narrow gaps between the stator and rotor, before being expelled through stator slots, ensuring thorough processing.

The formidable shearing force, generated by the speed gradient within the gap between the static stator and the high-speed rotor, significantly enhances mass transfer intensity, improves solubility of individual and macro-molecule materials, and ensures the media flows turbulently, effectively distributing both solid and liquid particles. This three-dimensional speed fluctuation, varying with time, induces high-frequency pressure changes, enabling various smashing mechanisms to work synergistically for ultra-fine granularity dispersion.

As new materials enter the rotor cavity, some expelled materials bounce off the container walls, re-entering the cavity for additional shearing, ensuring rigorous and repeated processing.

Function Principle

The high shear dispersing emulsifier adeptly, swiftly, and uniformly disperses,
different phases into one continuous phase. Typically, these phases
are mutually dissolvable. The rotor's rapid rotation creates a formidable force,
through high tangential speeds and frequent mechanical interactions. Consequently, materials in the narrow slot between the stator and rotor experience
intense mechanical and liquid shearing forces, centrifugal force,
pressing, liquid fractioning, clashing, tearing, and a rush of water. The dissolvable solid, liquid, and gas materials are instantly dispersed and finely emulsified, with optimized production procedures and suitable additives, culminating in products of consistently stable and high quality.
