This prevents insufficient infiltration of light liquid medicine on solvent surfaces, substantially enhancing extraction efficiency and reducing time.

Working Principle
The extraction tank operates within a sealed, recyclable system, adaptable for normal and low-pressure extraction. Designed with a pressure vessel-grade inner tank shell, it accommodates diverse extractions: water, alcohol, oil, and more. Specific technological parameters are customized to meet the unique performance requirements of the customer's pharmaceuticals.

1. Water Extraction: Initiate by combining water and traditional Chinese medicine in designated ratios within the extraction tank. Activate a heat source to the interlayer (jacket), bringing the mixture to a gentle boil. Reduce heat post-boiling, maintaining a slight simmer to ensure optimal extraction.

2. Alcohol Extraction: Introduce drugs and alcohol in precise craft ratios into the tank. Seal the system, apply heat to the interlayer (jacket) until the desired temperature is achieved, then minimize heat to maintain this critical temperature. This allows active ingredients in Chinese medicine to fully dissolve in alcohol. Rising alcohol vapors condense into liquid via the condenser, returning to storage for efficient reuse. For enhanced performance, employ a pump for forced circulation, directing liquid from the tank's bottom back through the upper inlet.

3. Oil Extraction: Begin by adding traditional Chinese medicines, containing volatile oils and water, in specified process ratios to the tank. Apply steam heat to the interlayer (jacket) until evaporation temperature is reached. Adjust steam flow to sustain the required tank temperature for the requisite duration. Post-evaporation, the aromatic volatile oil is cooled through the cooling system, with the cooling liquid expertly separated using the oil/water separator.
