This engineering marvel adeptly transports liquids by capitalizing on the ingenious volumetric shifts between its screw and bushing within both the suction and discharge chambers, ensuring seamless fluid handling.
Composition: The pump's performance is anchored by its key components: a bushing (stator) featuring a sophisticated double-helix cavity, and a single-helix screw that skillfully integrates with the stator cavity. This harmonious interplay forms the core of its operational excellence.

Working Principle

The screw is crafted with a single-start thread, presenting a captivating circular profile at any cross-section with a radius R. The center of this cross-section is precisely positioned on the helix, diverging from the screw's axis by an eccentricity e. This geometry allows the screw to elegantly form a spiral as it rotates around its axis and moves axially.
The bushing showcases an inner surface with a meticulously designed double-thread. Each cross-section is artfully rendered as an oblong circle, featuring semicircles with a radius R (matching the screw's cross-sectional radius) at both ends, coupled with a straight-line segment of length 4e at the center, ensuring utmost precision.
When the screw is housed within the bushing, it generates closed chambers between the screw's surface and the bushing's inner-thread surface. Each cross-section is strategically divided into two crescent-shaped working chambers. As the screw rotates, the volume of the initial working chamber near the suction area progressively increases, inducing a negative pressure. This pressure gradient facilitates the liquid's entry into the chamber. With continuous screw rotation, the chamber reaches its maximum volume, sealing off and axially propelling the liquid towards the discharge area. Simultaneously, the upper and lower chambers alternately manage suction and discharge, ensuring uninterrupted liquid transit from suction to discharge along the axial path.

The pump chamber, screw rotor, and other critical overcurrent components can be enhanced with nickel phosphorus coating and Hastelloy alloy infiltration, effectively managing corrosive media. This makes the pump exceptionally suitable for distillation, drying, and degassing processes in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
The extracted gas is released directly from the pump body without environmental pressure interference, simplifying gas solvent recovery operations.
Cleaning the pump is a breeze. If contaminants enter the pump chamber, simply open the suction and exhaust ports. By starting the pump and introducing water or a cleaning agent through the suction port, the pump can be efficiently cleaned without the need for disassembly.
