Operation Principle

Feeding Stage

Materials, whether liquid, semi-liquid, or slurry, are seamlessly introduced into the grinding chamber through a precisely controlled hopper or pipeline, ensuring optimal flow.
Rotor-Stator Interaction

The heart of the colloid mill lies in its high-speed rotor, rotating between 3,000 and 10,000 RPM, against a stationary stator. This sophisticated interaction creates a finely adjustable gap, typically between 0.01 and 5 mm, for unparalleled performance.
