High shear mixer is a type of industrial mixing equipment used to blend, disperse, emulsify, or homogenize materials in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, cosmetics, chemicals, and more. It is designed to operate at high speeds and generate intense mechanical forces to break down particles and create a uniform mixture. The high shear mixer typically consists of a rotor (rotating element) and a stator (stationary element) arranged in close proximity. As the rotor rotates at high speeds, it creates a strong mechanical shear force by passing through the narrow gap between the rotor and stator. This shear force leads to the intense turbulence and localized high velocity that helps in achieving thorough mixing and particle size reduction.

Product Introduction

High shear dispersing emulsifier can solve various due to space problem unable to obtain appropriate best solution of high shear emulsifier equipment, while can also be combined with blender working inside the tank, for materials inside the tank has better dispersion, emulsification, homogenization effect. Tank bottom high shear emulsifier can be applied to low viscosity and high viscosity fluid, and can be used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, paint chemicals, electronic materials, chemical industry and petroleum chemical industry, etc.

High shearing-rate dispersing and emulsifying machine is consisted of a group or several groups rotors and stators, which are rotating at a very high speed during working.

 

The high-speed rotating rotor sucks material into the rotors cavity very quickly, makes it influenced by shearing and dispersing effect. The material is forced to flow through tiny gap between stator and rotor and throw out of holes or slots in the stator.

 

The huge shearing force generated by speed gradient in gap between static stator and high-speed rotating rotor strengthens the mass transferring intensity, improves dissolving ability of single material and macro-molecule material, makes the pumped media flow in turbulent state and promotes the distributing state for both solid and liquid particles. The three-dimension local speed fluctuation varying according to time phase leads to high frequency pressure fluctuation. Several smashing mechanisms work together and can disperse the media to very fine granularity.

 

While the new material entering the rotor cavity, part of the thrown out material will change flow direction when it bounces on containers wall and reenter the rotor cavity to enduring shearing effect again.

 

Thus, the material will be thoroughly refined, homogenized and dispersed and the best shearing effect is reached.

 

Function Principle

High shear dispersing emulsifier effectively, quickly and evenly disperse
a phase or phases to another consecutive phase, usually, these phases
are dissolvable to each other.The rotor revolves quickly and strong force
is produced through high tangent speed and high frequency mechanical effect,therefore the material in the narrmw slotamong stator and rotor receives
strong forces from mechanical and liquid shearing,centrifugal force,    
pressing,liquid fraction,clashing,tearing and rush water.The dissolvable solid,liquid and gas material is then instantly dispersed and emulsified evenly and finely with better production procedures and appropriate addictives and finally products with stable high quality are made.
