The high shearing-rate dispersing and emulsifying machine comprises one or multiple sets of rotors and stators, operating at exceptionally high speeds to deliver exceptional results.

The high-speed rotor rapidly draws material into its cavity, subjecting it to shearing and dispersing forces. The material is compelled to flow through a narrow gap between the stator and rotor, ultimately being expelled through the stator's holes or slots.

The massive shearing force generated by the speed gradient in the gap between the static stator and the high-speed rotor amplifies mass transfer intensity, enhancing the dissolution capabilities of single and macro-molecule materials. This induces a turbulent flow of the pumped media, optimizing the distribution of both solid and liquid particles. The three-dimensional local speed fluctuation, varying with time phases, results in high-frequency pressure fluctuations. Multiple smashing mechanisms synergize to disperse the media into exceedingly fine granularity.

As new material enters the rotor cavity, part of the expelled material will redirect upon hitting the container's walls, re-entering the rotor cavity to undergo further shearing.

through high tangential speed and high-frequency mechanical effects. Consequently, the material in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor experiences
vigorous mechanical and liquid shearing, centrifugal force,
pressing, liquid fraction, clashing, tearing, and water rush. The dissolvable solid, liquid, and gas materials are instantly and finely dispersed and emulsified, resulting in superior production processes and ideal additives, culminating in products of stable, high quality.
