Working Principle
Our advanced extraction tank boasts a cutting-edge, closed circulable system, expertly designed for normal and low-pressure extraction processes. 1. Water Extraction: Introduce a precise blend of water and traditional Chinese medicine into the extraction tank. Heat is applied through the interlayer jacket, bringing the contents to a boil. Once boiling, the heat source is minimized to maintain a gentle simmer, optimizing the extraction of medicinal properties.

2. Alcohol Extraction: Combine your chosen ratio of traditional Chinese medicine and alcohol within the tank. The system is kept closed, with heat supplied via the jacket. When the desired temperature is reached, the heat supply is reduced to maintain optimal conditions, ensuring complete dissolution of active ingredients. Vaporized alcohol is efficiently condensed back into liquid form for reuse, while a pump system accelerates circulation, drawing liquid from the tank's base and returning it to the top for improved efficiency.

3. Oil Extraction: Carefully measure and introduce volatile oil and water, alongside traditional Chinese medicines, into the extraction tank. Utilize steam heat through the interlayer jacket to achieve the perfect evaporation temperature. By adjusting steam input, the tank maintains the required temperature, allowing volatile aromatic oils to be extracted.
