This sophisticated device transports liquids by ingeniously utilizing the volumetric change between the screw and the bushing within the suction and discharge chambers.
Composition: At the heart of its operation lies the main working components—a meticulously designed bushing (stator) with a double-helix cavity coupled with a single-helix screw that seamlessly meshes with the stator cavity, ensuring flawless functionality.

Working Principle

With a single-start thread, the screw's cross-section forms a perfect circle with a radius of R. Uniquely, the center of the cross-section is positioned on the helix, deviating from the screw's axis by an eccentricity e, creating a mesmerizing spiral as it rotates around the axis while moving axially.
The bushing's inner surface boasts a double-thread design. Its cross-section is an elegant oblong circle, featuring semicircles with a radius R (matching the screw's cross-section radius) at each end, and a straight-line segment of length 4e in the middle, exemplifying precision engineering.
Upon installation of the screw within the bushing, an ingenious formation of closed chambers emerges between the screw surface and the inner-thread surface of the bushing. Each cross-section is divided into two crescent-shaped working chambers. As the screw rotates, the volume of the first working chamber adjacent to the suction chamber expands gradually, creating negative pressure. The resulting pressure difference facilitates the suction of liquid into the chamber. The extracted gas is expelled directly from the pump body without environmental pressure, simplifying gas solvent recovery.
Cleaning is hassle-free: when dirt enters the pump chamber, simply open the suction and exhaust ports, start the pump, and add water or a cleaning agent via the suction port for thorough cleaning without disassembly.
