Definition: The Yixite Single Screw Pump, also renowned as a helical rotor pump or mono pump, is a pinnacle of rotary positive-displacement pump technology. It adeptly transports fluids by harnessing the volumetric changes between the ingeniously designed screw and the bushing within the suction and discharge chambers.
Composition: The heart of this engineering marvel consists of a bushing (stator) with a meticulously crafted double-helix cavity and a single-helix screw that seamlessly integrates with the stator cavity, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Working Principle

The screw is ingeniously designed with a single-start thread. Its cross-section reveals a perfect circle with a radius R, centered on a helix that deviates by an eccentricity e, creating a spiral that elegantly rotates around the axis while advancing axially.
The bushing's inner surface boasts a sophisticated double-thread. Each cross-section forms an oblong circle, flanked by semicircles of radius R (matching the screw's cross-section radius) and connected by a straight line of length 4e, ensuring seamless operation.
When the screw is precisely housed in the bushing, it forms closed chambers between the screw's surface and the inner-thread surface of the bushing. Each cross-section divides into two crescent-shaped working chambers. As the screw rotates, the volume of the chamber near the suction chamber expands, creating a vacuum that draws in liquid. The screw's continued rotation allows the chamber to close at maximum volume, pushing the liquid axially towards the discharge chamber. This elegant mechanism ensures that the upper and lower working chambers alternately draw in and discharge fluids, maintaining a continuous flow from suction to discharge chamber.

Its components, including the pump chamber and screw rotor, can be coated with nickel phosphorus and infiltrated with Hastelloy alloy. This enables the removal of corrosive media, making it exceptionally suited for product distillation, drying, degassing, and other complex chemical and pharmaceutical processes.
The extracted gas is effortlessly discharged from the pump body without environmental pressure, simplifying gas solvent recovery.
Designed for easy maintenance, cleaning the pump is straightforward. If contaminants enter the pump chamber, simply open the suction and exhaust ports, start the pump, and introduce an appropriate amount of water or cleaning agent through the suction port. This allows for thorough cleaning without disassembling the entire pump.
