The emulsifier pump draws its incredible power from electric energy, which seamlessly transforms into the driving force for the rotor's rapid and dynamic spin. This swift motion generates a formidable shear force, capable of breaking down and perfectly emulsifying the components for mixing. The expertly blended mixture is then efficiently expelled from the base of the emulsifier pump, ensuring a seamless process.

The high shear dispersing emulsifier is engineered to swiftly and uniformly integrate one or more phases into another continuous phase. Typically, these phases are compatible. The rotor's rapid revolution creates a powerful force through high tangential speed and frequent mechanical action. Consequently, material in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor experiences intense mechanical and liquid shearing, centrifugal force, compression, fluid friction, impact, tearing, and turbulence. Solids, liquids, and gases are instantaneously blended and emulsified into a homogeneous and fine texture, resulting in high-quality products with stable, enhanced production processes and suitable additives.
