Our High Shear Dispersing Emulsifier is engineered to rapidly, effectively, and uniformly integrate a phase into another continuous phase. Typically, these phases are mutually soluble. The rotor's swift revolutions generate a formidable force due to high tangent speeds and mechanical effects. As a result, materials within the narrow rotor-stator gap are subjected to intense mechanical and liquid shearing, centrifugal force, pressure, liquid fraction, clashing, tearing, and turbulence. This ensures that soluble solids, liquids, and gases are immediately and uniformly dispersed and emulsified. The process, enhanced by superior production procedures and suitable additives, yields products of consistently high quality and stability.
